thanks for the thorough details! i’ve always hated condoms, but seems i was just using the wrong size.. for better or worse, the smallest condoms listed (lifestyles snugger fit) work PERFECT! no more slipping or bunching up!
When choosing a condom length usually isn’t the problem. Even most snugger fit condoms are at least 7 inches long. The width and the shape is the important things to look at. Thanks for listing the exact width and head width. The base width would also be very helpful for the large sizes.

So, I’m new to using condoms, along with my gf, and we’re just not sure on how it’s supposed to fit.. I tried normal ones, but they constricted blood flow so much that I couldn’t stay hard. We’ve been using Trojan Magnums, which until recently were working great. The fit kinda tight but never seemed to be too bad. Now I’m thinking that they’re still not wide enough. Blood flow still seems to be constricted, and tonight afterwards I noticed several lines or indents going up and down my shaft from constriction.
I’m not sure how wide I am, but the Trohan Magnum’s length seems to be fine.
Hey I have not been able to find bigger condoms then 58mmwidth in 3 years since they stopped carrying the kind I was using before at 64mm width! After going to many stores I found one pack 60mm width in that 3 years and it is still too small!!

@Nick: Hi, Nick. Iron Grip would be too small for you. You have average, or even slightly above average girth. Check out the regular sized condoms from the size chart. Maybe Lifestyles Extra Strength?

My penis is about average length but I’m girthy. I’ve tried durex pleasure condoms but it’s just to tight around my penis. I then tried to use a trojan magnum which feels much better, but still wasn’t quite right since it was bunched up at the base of my penis and had a little bit of slack that let it slide up and down my shaft. Believe it or not…never used a condom. Married for 15 years to my high school sweetheart, but life changes and we move on. No idea what to go with. After doing some research, I discovered I am larger than most in girth. I right at 6″ girth. My length is more average at 5.75-6″ . We tried to use one a couple times, but just seemed ridiculously difficult to get on and was very tight. Hated it.

Hi. Regular condoms will give you a snug fit. If you’re closer to 5.3 you’ll mostly likely be fine with a regular condom. If you’re 5.5 then I’d suggest to try a slightly larger condom

I’m well endowed, about 8.5 length and over 6in circumference. I used to think that all condoms were made to hurt because they would catch and pinch my skin. Especially free condoms are made very small, and would often cause a lot of pain just from putting them on. They they would snap off or break. Even many large condoms are too short or tight.

As for you girl troubles, use a lot of lube, be patient and gentle. You’re very well endowed (especially for your age) so it’s no wonder it hurts her.Important: use only water based lube with condoms. Let us know how it goes

as you have greater girth at the base flared shape condoms like Trojan Magnum wouldn’t be a good choice. Therefore I would recommend a bigger condom with a straight shape, eg. Trustex Extra Large (check it in the condom size chart above)…

Hi. My penis girth is about 14,5 cm (5.7 in) and a width of about 4,6 cm (1,8 in).
Regular Harmony condoms are very tight and therefore discomfortable even though the nominal width of the condom is 52 mm! If I measure the condom’s width I get around 35 mm. So, WHAT THE HELL is the nominal width? What does it mean if its not the real width??!?!?

Hello ….I am not very familiar with condoms and I am having trouble picking one that fits comfortably. some regular sized condoms support the length of my penis, but are very hard to fit over the head of my penis and I find myself struggling to get the condom to the base of my penis…when it gets there it pinches causing me to lose the erection. But im not sure if im big enough for a large condom. length is 6-6.5 inches ……im not sure about the girth but I believe I am fairly girthy….any suggestions?
Can’t tell precisely if I don’t know the girth…have you tried Trojan Magnum? From your description I have an impression that you’re more girthy at the base. You can still try Magnum as a reference point. If it’s too tight next option is to choose one of those Larger condoms from the size chart with a 56mm width

Lifestyles studded are way too small if that’s your size. Have you tried Magnum XL? UK based company TheyFit.co.uk offers a 69 mm wide condom, however they’re still waiting to get their FDA approval for sale in the US. They hope to get their approval in the next following months. I’m in contact with the owner and I can let you know when they start selling (and also get you a special discount as he promised it to my readers). Other option is MySize 69 mm, they’re available on amazon.co.uk

I’m pretty sure they’ve made a mistake there. Trojan Supra is definitely not 50.8mm wide! Polyurethane condoms are somewhat less stretchable so they make them little bit wider than standard. These are around 58 mm wide (flat width). If you search some more you’ll see most distributors state that size

Well, you have above average length and average girth, so you’d have to compromise if you’re from USA (as there are no custom fit condoms here yet).
So, you can first try with some of those 7.5 inches long regular condoms from the list. If you don’t like how it doesn’t roll to the end, then try some of those slightly larger condoms like Trojan Magnum or Durex Maximum Love, that are around 8 inches long, but not too wide to slip off (but you have to be careful though)

It can break if it’s too tight (too small) for you, but also if there’s too much dryness and no lubrication. That’s why it’s a smart thing to use water based lubricants with condoms.

you’re just slightly above average. you can try one of those 56 mm width condoms or 54 mm (53 mm would also be ok but don’t go below that).
Regarding the allergic reaction, yes, it could be! Did you try using a latex free condom? If there’s no improvement then you should definitely consult your physician

Yo Anderw! if your girth is really 6.5 inches you need the biggest (widest) condom that you can find. eg, try to get a condom with a 64 mm width if you can!

Hi, try finding Sagami Xtreme Superthin (Japanese polyurethane condoms – these should have a 52 mm width but keep in mind that PU stretches less than latex) or Sagami Original 0.02 (you can find the latter on Amazon, I found that they have a 55 mm width). JEX JEX0.02 is also made of PU and should be even slightly smaller than Sagami

hey Anon, you can go with a regular (53mm) condom…but you can also experiment with a bit smaller (52mm) or wider (54mm) condom, in case you prefer a snugger or a more comfortable fit

If you’re really that lucky, then there ARE companies who do spray-on condoms (not very good solution as you have to stay hard for ages without touching it) but better yet – custom-fit condoms. Expensive, but less-so than HIV and a funeral, or kids, for that matter!
