Condom size chart

In the Condom Sizes post I’ve presented a short condom size chart with just several condoms in each size category.

I’ve broaden these categories with much more condoms, and I’ve added additional comments and dimensions for each condom. This should help you in choosing the perfect one for you.

So, without further ado, here it is – a detailed condom size chart.

Condom size chart

Quick Tip: if your penis girth is below 4.7 inches (119mm) check out the snugger fit section. Regular condoms will best suit you if your girth is between 4.7″–5.1″ (119-130mm). Guys with girth bigger than 5.1″ (130mm) should use a larger condom. Check out the condom calculator to get more accurate suggestions for your size. You can also read more about how to choose your size here and here.

*dimensions in this condom size chart are gathered from various online sources, mainly condom stores.

Can’t find the condom size you’re looking for? Well, in the US, condom size is regulated by the FDA. Their regulations only allow condoms with at least 6.7″ (170 mm) in length and nominal width between 1.85″ (47mm) and 2.28″ (58mm). So products outside of those numbers cannot be sold in the US.
In Europe, however, there are no such regulations so men can choose between much broader range of condom sizes. A condom brand from UK called TheyFit recognized the need for better fitting condoms and came up with a revolutionary concept – custom fit condoms with 95 different sizes! They are also the only brand in the world offering condom that are <6.7" long. You can check all TheyFit sizes here. The good news is that there’s a way to get them sent to the US for just $4.

Dyreson April 30, 2011 at 9:23 am

Tnx. I used your size chart to find the perfect fit for me

Hiram May 4, 2011 at 10:22 pm

Nice chart. There’s a condom for everyone’s taste and need here.
However, you could add some more condoms. Like Sensis, Sagami etc. :)

danny May 13, 2011 at 9:06 am

my partner and i love this, do you think there would be more condoms added in the future?

Jack May 17, 2011 at 6:38 pm

this is a good overview of condoms and their sizes. However I think that regular condoms will fit 90% of men
If you’re significantly larger than average you should try the bigger ones

ay August 22, 2012 at 4:50 am

shawn June 26, 2011 at 10:27 am

thanks for the thorough details! i’ve always hated condoms, but seems i was just using the wrong size.. for better or worse, the smallest condoms listed (lifestyles snugger fit) work PERFECT! no more slipping or bunching up!

John August 3, 2011 at 4:24 pm

When choosing a condom length usually isn’t the problem. Even most snugger fit condoms are at least 7 inches long. The width and the shape is the important things to look at. Thanks for listing the exact width and head width. The base width would also be very helpful for the large sizes.

admin August 22, 2011 at 9:49 pm

@shawn: I’m really glad you found your fit! :)
@John: thank you for your comment. producers and retailers rarely write the base width unfortunately :( but I’ll see what I can do…

Darth September 10, 2011 at 3:52 pm

Is there something on the market between a Trojan Magnum XL and Durex XXL in length but that has a larger width? Thanks!

admin September 14, 2011 at 9:00 pm

I’ve got good feedback on Trustex Extra large condoms which have a flat width of 2.25 inches and length of 8 inches
if you want to give’em a try, check them out here and let us know how they feel

condom.size October 21, 2011 at 10:43 am

Your condom size chart is nice, and crystal clear. Anyway, as always, I believe you fail giving the first directions for condom size pre-selection, given one’s actual erect penis size.
I tried to address this issue on my website:
Could you tell me what you think of it? Do you think it could be useful in any way?

Pete April 29, 2012 at 10:51 am

I address that issue in my Condom Sizes post. However, you’ve done a nice research yourself. I’m sure many will find it useful.
Thanks for dropping by :)

J November 12, 2011 at 9:48 am

So, I’m new to using condoms, along with my gf, and we’re just not sure on how it’s supposed to fit.. I tried normal ones, but they constricted blood flow so much that I couldn’t stay hard. We’ve been using Trojan Magnums, which until recently were working great. The fit kinda tight but never seemed to be too bad. Now I’m thinking that they’re still not wide enough. Blood flow still seems to be constricted, and tonight afterwards I noticed several lines or indents going up and down my shaft from constriction.
I’m not sure how wide I am, but the Trohan Magnum’s length seems to be fine.

M Mara December 6, 2011 at 9:48 pm

Hey I have not been able to find bigger condoms then 58mmwidth in 3 years since they stopped carrying the kind I was using before at 64mm width! After going to many stores I found one pack 60mm width in that 3 years and it is still too small!!

Is there anything bigger out there???????

Terry Michael Davis!! May 27, 2013 at 5:19 am

R u a girl

Minishiro February 12, 2014 at 12:03 pm

Try custom-sized ones! Also if you have Reddit, send a message to joetheyfit, he’ll give you codes to get free samples. Just make sure you have your gf measure your penis for you.

admin December 7, 2011 at 9:52 am

@J: Have you tried magnum xxl?

@M Mara: I have a solution for you, MySize 64 mm width condom. HOWEVER, the problem is that it’s not available in US (as far as I’m aware). But you can order it from Amazon UK – click here. I will include it in the condom size chart. I was hesitant to include it initially because most of my readers come from US, so I’m not sure if this information would benefit them. Get back to us if you decide to order it, I’m sure others would love to hear your feedback.

Nick December 14, 2011 at 5:02 am

My girlfriend and I were discussing sex and this is my first time. I’m trying to find the perfect fit and maybe you can help me out. Length : Roughly 6.1-6.2 inches Girth: is 5-5.2 and Width is about 2 inches. I was considering “Caution Wear Iron Grip Snugger Fit” but a second opinion would be nice. Thanks!

admin December 14, 2011 at 12:34 pm

@Nick: Hi, Nick. Iron Grip would be too small for you. You have average, or even slightly above average girth. Check out the regular sized condoms from the size chart. Maybe Lifestyles Extra Strength?

Nick December 14, 2011 at 7:27 pm

@admin: Thanks for the feedback! I’ll give them a try.

Ron December 23, 2011 at 5:34 am

Hey, I’m not sure which condoms I should be buying. My length is about 7.5 inches and about 5.5 inches in girth. Any suggestions?

Nick December 27, 2011 at 2:41 am

Hey, Last time I asked for help you suggested Lifestyle Extra Strength, is there anything the same size but possiblely less thick? Please lemme know. Thanks!

John Spalding December 27, 2011 at 5:45 am

I know I shouldn’t bother but I am going onto 15 and my length is 6.7 inches. I don’t know what type of condom’s I should use and my Width/thickness is only 2.7 inches. Please help.

Pete December 27, 2011 at 10:10 pm

@Ron: hi, Magnum may suit you well, check it out above
@Nick: if you want thinner, maybe Trojan UltraThin, it should be very similar in size. or Durex Her Sensation (that one is ribbed). I’ll add them both above soon
@John: Hi, I presume you’re not measuring it right. have you read the condom sizes post?

nate January 6, 2012 at 9:59 am

I use magnums large but my head it can’t really squeeze through the condom…any tips? Sorry about the pun

D January 7, 2012 at 9:27 pm

My penis is about average length but I’m girthy. I’ve tried durex pleasure condoms but it’s just to tight around my penis. I then tried to use a trojan magnum which feels much better, but still wasn’t quite right since it was bunched up at the base of my penis and had a little bit of slack that let it slide up and down my shaft. What condom should I use?

Pete January 9, 2012 at 7:00 pm

@Nate: you can try a condom with a wider base, maybe trustex extra large?
@D: hard to tell, experiment a bit. maybe One The Legend (it’s should be of average length but wider than regular condoms)? you can find the link and details at the end of the size chart above

Note: it’s becoming hard to follow this comments, so please post any further comments on our Facebook page. tnx!

Brent January 12, 2012 at 3:32 am

Believe it or not…never used a condom. Married for 15 years to my high school sweetheart, but life changes and we move on. No idea what to go with. After doing some research, I discovered I am larger than most in girth. I right at 6″ girth. My length is more average at 5.75-6″ . We tried to use one a couple times, but just seemed ridiculously difficult to get on and was very tight. Hated it.
Help please!

Pete January 21, 2012 at 5:17 pm

@Brent: Hi Brent, you should definitely try those bigger condoms from the list

adam February 18, 2012 at 12:59 am

Hello, my penis is around 6 inches in length and has a girth of about 5.3-5.5 inches. I’m in need of assistance when finding the right condom. Will regular sizes fit me?

Pete February 18, 2012 at 7:40 pm

Hi. Regular condoms will give you a snug fit. If you’re closer to 5.3 you’ll mostly likely be fine with a regular condom. If you’re 5.5 then I’d suggest to try a slightly larger condom

Bawash February 22, 2012 at 8:14 pm

Hello, I’m 6 inch length, maybe 6.5 when very excited, and I have a girth of about 5.4 (near the glands) to about 6 at base. What should I use?

JD February 23, 2012 at 6:08 am

This is really helpful. I think that there isn’t enough education and information given out about condoms.

I’m well endowed, about 8.5 length and over 6in circumference. I used to think that all condoms were made to hurt because they would catch and pinch my skin. Especially free condoms are made very small, and would often cause a lot of pain just from putting them on. They they would snap off or break. Even many large condoms are too short or tight.

Thanks for the info! I found this condom that looks like it might be perfect for me. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m going to test it out:

Pete February 28, 2012 at 9:43 pm

hi, JD. tnx for droping by. Let us know how does magnum ecstasy work for you. For what you’re saying it could even be too small for ya.

JM February 26, 2012 at 11:52 pm

Hello im 16 and i am new to condoms,i always tell my freinds to let me borrow condoms cause i feel nervous if i try to buy condoms, i am frustrated cause everytime i try to have sex with my girlfreind the condom breaks just few minutes in between sex, so i never get to finish, and my girlfreind is started to get worried cause they always break,so im thinking its the condom know, i want to know wat would be a good condom that wont break, my size is 7.3 inches long and a girth of 6.3 inches, so know u can just tell me a good condom and i can tell one of my freinds if they can buy me that brand at the store. Thanks also if u might have a suggestion why does my girlfreind always hurt wen she has sex with me, she always tells me that it hurtts so bad and that she feels nothin but pain, so she doesnt really like to have sex. Thanks

Pete February 28, 2012 at 9:47 pm

Hi JM, tell them to get you larger condoms, like Magnum xxl or Trustex Extra Large.
As for you girl troubles, use a lot of lube, be patient and gentle. You’re very well endowed (especially for your age) so it’s no wonder it hurts her.Important: use only water based lube with condoms. Let us know how it goes

Ben April 6, 2012 at 3:41 pm

Your girlfriend is also young, I assume, so she will be very tight. Don’t, worry, be patient, use lube and she will stretch for you. Nothing to be ashame of, she will grow to love it as will any other girl you meet!

JM February 27, 2012 at 12:29 am

Oh and i forgot to ask at what age does the penis stop growin, i read in a sight its at 16 and im 16 already, i hope itdoesnt stop growin but i guess time will tell

Pete February 28, 2012 at 9:51 pm

Wiki answers say it stops growing when you finish puberty, that’s usually at the age of 18-20

GH, M.D. February 26, 2013 at 7:51 pm

JM, a young man’s penis generally stops growing much sooner than the end of puberty, which in some cases can continue into your 20s. In fact, MOST young men will see that their penises stop growing around the age of 15-17 years. This is not true in everyone’s case, but one average, it is a safe bet to see a penis stop growing in that time frame. Secondary sexual features (like the size of your testes and the length of your penis) are going to happen quickly, last for a shorter amount of time, and then just stop. A man’s penis size is determined long before he finishes puberty in entirety. Your brain (mainly the prefrontal cortex) will continue to grow and develop into your mid-20s, and in some cases, your bone plates (which determine your height and size) will not fuse until your latter 20s. So there is always the potential for growing a bit taller, however penis size is set in stone between 15-17 years old.

EC March 1, 2012 at 4:48 am

Hey I’m 16 and I’m new to using condoms. I tried using Trojan ultra thin but when i went to put them on I could only roll them down about halfway then it was too tight. I’m 8.5″ long and my girth is 5.7″ and I don’t know what size condom to get ?

Pete March 8, 2012 at 9:05 pm

Hi, Durex XXL is really long and somewhat wider than others, it may suit you well. You can
check it out here

Dani March 15, 2012 at 2:00 am

which would best fit me i’m 8″ long and 6.3 girth thank you :)

D money March 19, 2012 at 5:14 am

yea im having a hard problem even the snugger fit condoms are too big any help anyone

Pete March 21, 2012 at 12:54 pm

@Dani: Are you from US? if yes, Magnum XXL or Trustex Large
@D money: There are some 47mm and even 45mm condoms from Europe. Contact me if you are able to order condoms from EU and I’ll point out few suggestions

Dan March 22, 2012 at 11:01 pm

Hi, I’m looking for a condom size since I haven’t been able to find one that actually fits (I’m UK based so not sure where to get anything other than Durex from). I’m 7.9″ long and 6.4″ girth, any suggestions on what size and where I can find them? Thanks.

Pete March 24, 2012 at 12:29 pm

Hi Dan, of course. I think you can find your fit among MySize condoms. Perhaps MySize 60mm.
They’re available on Other option is trying a custom sized condom from (you can find a coupon code under the special offers page)

Bawash March 26, 2012 at 6:23 pm

Hello, I’m 6 inch length, maybe 6.5 when very excited, and I have a girth of about 5.4 (near the glands) to about 6 at base. What should I use?

Pete March 29, 2012 at 9:15 pm

as you have greater girth at the base flared shape condoms like Trojan Magnum wouldn’t be a good choice. Therefore I would recommend a bigger condom with a straight shape, eg. Trustex Extra Large (check it in the condom size chart above)…

Bawash March 29, 2012 at 10:07 pm

Thanks a lot!

Peter April 1, 2012 at 3:12 pm

Hi. My penis girth is about 14,5 cm (5.7 in) and a width of about 4,6 cm (1,8 in).
Regular Harmony condoms are very tight and therefore discomfortable even though the nominal width of the condom is 52 mm! If I measure the condom’s width I get around 35 mm. So, WHAT THE HELL is the nominal width? What does it mean if its not the real width??!?!?

Peter April 1, 2012 at 3:14 pm

46 mm (my penis width) < 52 mm (condom nominal width)

Pete April 4, 2012 at 9:07 pm

With a 5.7 in girth you’re definitely a candidate for a large condom. Check out my Condom Sizes post to learn more about choosing your best size

B April 3, 2012 at 1:18 am

Hi, I’m 16, and will be having sex for the first time very soon (my girlfriend told me to go buy some condoms before the next time that we hang out), and I want to know what would be a better fit for me. I am slightly under 7 inches in length, and am 5.75 inches in girth.

Pete April 6, 2012 at 8:59 am

go with a larger one – Trojan Magnum, or maybe Playboy Large Size ;)
(check for description and links above)
good luck!

owen April 6, 2012 at 7:30 am

Hi, I’m 15 and my penis is 8 inches in length and 6 inches in girth. What should I use?

dutts March 26, 2014 at 7:49 pm

You have a large penis and will need to use a bigger condom to start with. Somewhere in the middle of the page to the end.

Ben April 6, 2012 at 3:36 pm

Thanks! I’ve had breakage problems in the past, and now I know why. I always thought magnums were just for freakishly huge people and losers trying to impress the checkout girl. This post may have saved my life and non-parent status!

Pete April 6, 2012 at 10:26 pm

Glad I could help! Thank you for your comments…and let us know how it goes

Mcdougart April 9, 2012 at 4:27 am

Hello ….I am not very familiar with condoms and I am having trouble picking one that fits comfortably. some regular sized condoms support the length of my penis, but are very hard to fit over the head of my penis and I find myself struggling to get the condom to the base of my penis…when it gets there it pinches causing me to lose the erection. But im not sure if im big enough for a large condom. length is 6-6.5 inches ……im not sure about the girth but I believe I am fairly girthy….any suggestions?

Pete April 9, 2012 at 6:21 pm

Can’t tell precisely if I don’t know the girth…have you tried Trojan Magnum? From your description I have an impression that you’re more girthy at the base. You can still try Magnum as a reference point. If it’s too tight next option is to choose one of those Larger condoms from the size chart with a 56mm width

Thomas Miller April 17, 2012 at 9:53 pm

Hello, my penis is 7 miles long with a girth of about 2 miles and a width of 9077 feet I tried the trojan ultra thin but they were to small i even tried the magnum thin large size But they still wouldnt fit over the tip

Mark April 19, 2012 at 10:06 pm

you’re some funny guy, huh ;)

dutts March 26, 2014 at 7:53 pm

That means people will see your penis for over a mile before you appear. How do you get all the urine out of it?

Mike April 19, 2012 at 3:21 am

Hey i am 17 and i am about to have my first threesome. I am about 9 inches in length, but i have no idea what all u guys r talking about girth……. So i was wondering if u guys could help me out? Any suggestions?

Pete April 19, 2012 at 10:09 pm

@Mark: admit it, you just wanted to brag about that threesome! :P
anyhow, girth is the key here, check out Condom sizes post to learn how to measure it. and if I would judge by your length, I’d say go with the large one

jonathan April 25, 2012 at 3:14 am

why they don’t they just put the measurments on the box so we can shop instead of looking online to find…haha

Pete April 25, 2012 at 1:38 pm

but why make it easy when it can be hard :D

Zach May 17, 2012 at 7:12 am

Hi I’m about 8 1/2-9 in long and a good 7-7 1/2 in around 5 around the glands and I’m wondering what’s the best fit for me I’ve tried other brands and condoms from clinics but nothing feels right either they are hard to put on or hard to take off and leave a ring around the base and are tight around the shaft what would you recommend?

Pete May 17, 2012 at 8:34 pm

7 inch girth?? well it won’t be easy finding your fit. There are some 69 mm (2.72 inch) width condoms that might be OK. Let me know if you need links…

Zach May 18, 2012 at 5:07 am

I will need links and all the help I can get thank you

Zach May 18, 2012 at 5:15 am

I’ve used lifestyles studded but they are tight fitting and hard to take off

Pete May 19, 2012 at 7:25 pm

Lifestyles studded are way too small if that’s your size. Have you tried Magnum XL? UK based company offers a 69 mm wide condom, however they’re still waiting to get their FDA approval for sale in the US. They hope to get their approval in the next following months. I’m in contact with the owner and I can let you know when they start selling (and also get you a special discount as he promised it to my readers). Other option is MySize 69 mm, they’re available on

Zach May 20, 2012 at 4:50 am

Ok thanks and I promised if this site helped I’d ask about my brother his measurements are 6 1/2 long 6 around would you recommend the same thing?

Pete May 22, 2012 at 9:24 pm

well, there are no hard rules but I’d suggest a 60mm – 64mm condom width for him, as explained in my new book :)

James May 30, 2012 at 6:50 pm

This other chart says the Trojan Supra are only 50.8mm wide, while you have them listed as 58mm. Don’t mean to be a dick about it, but my girl has a latex allergy and I’d like to get an accurate measurement before I order a bunch. Thanks!

Pete May 31, 2012 at 6:30 pm

I’m pretty sure they’ve made a mistake there. Trojan Supra is definitely not 50.8mm wide! Polyurethane condoms are somewhat less stretchable so they make them little bit wider than standard. These are around 58 mm wide (flat width). If you search some more you’ll see most distributors state that size

David December 9, 2012 at 9:30 pm

I’m 6.5 inches in length and 5.5 inches in girth what size condom should I get please help me

Polo June 6, 2012 at 3:06 am

Ok so feedback on 8 inches long and 5 inches girth

Pete June 8, 2012 at 10:45 am

Well, you have above average length and average girth, so you’d have to compromise if you’re from USA (as there are no custom fit condoms here yet).
So, you can first try with some of those 7.5 inches long regular condoms from the list. If you don’t like how it doesn’t roll to the end, then try some of those slightly larger condoms like Trojan Magnum or Durex Maximum Love, that are around 8 inches long, but not too wide to slip off (but you have to be careful though)

sam June 29, 2012 at 6:19 am

need advice on small sizes…5′ or so in length, 4-4.5′ in girth. thanks a bunch

Pete July 10, 2012 at 8:32 pm

I’d suggest 47 or 49 mm condom (check few snug fitting condoms of 49 mm width above)

brandidi June 29, 2012 at 11:17 pm

So, im new to this, my boyfriend is 9inches what should I use I don’t want it too thin that its lame but I don’t want ittoo thin that it breaks..

Pete July 10, 2012 at 8:27 pm

Hi, do you know his girth? (that’s what matters)

Pete July 10, 2012 at 8:33 pm

I’d suggest a condom with the 64 or 69 mm width

BOB August 22, 2012 at 1:29 am

my penis is 6 inches in length, and 5.5 inches in girth, and 2 inches in width… awkward dimensions for a condom! what should i use??

Pete September 26, 2012 at 4:31 pm

Trojan Magnum might be a good choice

Peter Sydes September 1, 2012 at 8:04 pm

My girth is a slender 113mm fgom base to tip, possibly reaching120mm when really fully aroused.
Durex Close at 49mm seemed to squeeze me too much. Am I big enough for standard 52mm condoms. The only alternative seems to be something at 5omm, though these seem rather rare.
another question is, should I pull the foreskin back firmly when putting on the condom?

Pete September 26, 2012 at 4:36 pm

Hi! If your circumference is 120 mm then 52 mm condoms should be just fine. But how about Beyond Seven condoms, have you tried them?

Vinod September 13, 2012 at 4:30 pm

Hi, Need some information, in which circumstances a condom can break? Thanks much friends in advance.

Pete September 26, 2012 at 4:29 pm

It can break if it’s too tight (too small) for you, but also if there’s too much dryness and no lubrication. That’s why it’s a smart thing to use water based lubricants with condoms.

Jake September 18, 2012 at 3:51 am

My length is 5.5, girth 5.25, and width 2.1. Best condom for me? And the first time I had sex, I used a latex condom, and my head was red and blotchy afterwards. Could this be an allergic reaction?

Pete September 26, 2012 at 4:23 pm

you’re just slightly above average. you can try one of those 56 mm width condoms or 54 mm (53 mm would also be ok but don’t go below that).
Regarding the allergic reaction, yes, it could be! Did you try using a latex free condom? If there’s no improvement then you should definitely consult your physician

daboss September 22, 2012 at 6:56 pm

I just use a GLAD trash bag…the above selection is too tight

David September 23, 2012 at 11:47 pm

My length is about just about 7″ and girth of 5 1/4″… what size/type of condom should I Use?

John September 25, 2012 at 3:18 pm

ues playboy i think its good for u

Anderw October 2, 2012 at 8:12 pm

Hey There I’m not sure if my last comment got deleted or something but I would still like some advice on condem size, My penis is 6.2 inches long and has a girth of 6.5 inches (around not sure if that is actually girth)

Anderw October 2, 2012 at 8:20 pm

Oh nope i just commented else where :P (My bad)

Pete October 3, 2012 at 8:43 pm

Yo Anderw! if your girth is really 6.5 inches you need the biggest (widest) condom that you can find. eg, try to get a condom with a 64 mm width if you can!

Anderw October 4, 2012 at 2:41 am

Thanks and yah it actually is… :P I though it was odd at first (considering my length) so I had remeasured like a bunch of times, but it was 6.5 inches around

hunter October 17, 2012 at 12:04 am

Hey guys I’m 14 and about to be having some sex for my first time and iv tried lifestyles skyn but its a tiny bit loosd and I’m concerned about the sex no being comfortable because of having to pull it back all the time I’m about 6 inches in length and about 4.5 in girth I think I need a siluggestion on the kind of condom to use. Anybody can help me?

hunter October 17, 2012 at 12:46 am

I also need it to be non-latex

Pete October 17, 2012 at 9:07 pm

Hi, try finding Sagami Xtreme Superthin (Japanese polyurethane condoms – these should have a 52 mm width but keep in mind that PU stretches less than latex) or Sagami Original 0.02 (you can find the latter on Amazon, I found that they have a 55 mm width). JEX JEX0.02 is also made of PU and should be even slightly smaller than Sagami

Matt December 29, 2013 at 8:07 am

What about thes same measurements but latex?

Lex November 5, 2012 at 10:16 pm

Doing this for my boyfriend. 7in length, 5in girth, 1.75in wide. What brand/type should he get? If I’m answered, that would be great, he doesn’t like to talk about this sort of thing.

Lex November 5, 2012 at 10:19 pm

Sorry, meant to say 5.5in girth.

Pete November 21, 2012 at 8:41 pm

Hi, with 5.5in you can go with something like Playboy Large Size (see above)

jd November 24, 2012 at 7:46 am

I’m 6 in and 2in width what should I get please help.!

Pete December 12, 2012 at 8:54 pm

What’s your circumference?

Fred December 26, 2012 at 6:40 am

Hi, I am 15 and I am 11 inches long and my girth is roughly 7.5 inches. What condom should I use?

Alan December 29, 2012 at 7:03 am

Hi I was just wondering what would be a good fit for 5″ long and 1″ wide

Corinna December 29, 2012 at 9:11 pm

okay doing this for my spouse, he is 8″ long and 3″ wide, and we have tried all sorts of condoms and none of them fit, last tried was a magnum XL, any suggestions?

Pete December 30, 2012 at 1:17 pm

Hey Corinna, take a look at the last condom in the condom size chart above! I’ve just added Coripa condoms to the list, their width goes all the way to 2.67 inches. Try them and please share with us your experience!

Benton January 2, 2013 at 3:20 pm

Figured I might as well give this a try too. Have the same problem as a lot of people where the condom just feels too tight and constricts the blood. Im roughly 6in long but close to 7 in circumference. Any suggestions?

Anthony January 3, 2013 at 7:10 am

these are all too small I’m 14 and my dick is 9 1/2″

Anon January 17, 2013 at 2:10 am

Hi the length of my penis is 6 inches and the width is 1 3/4 inches and girth is five doesn’t seem right but what would a good condom for me to buy

Pete January 20, 2013 at 5:54 pm

hey Anon, you can go with a regular (53mm) condom…but you can also experiment with a bit smaller (52mm) or wider (54mm) condom, in case you prefer a snugger or a more comfortable fit

Fred January 25, 2013 at 6:54 pm

I’m just over 6 in long but my width is about 2.25, so I have no idea what to use, it would be really helpfully if I could get a response today sometime, because I think I’m going to need one tonight

Pete January 25, 2013 at 8:34 pm

Hey, I need to know your girth in order to give you a suggestion…

Fred January 25, 2013 at 9:32 pm

It’s about 5.25-5.5

Shahriar January 27, 2013 at 9:10 am

Hi, i am 24 years old guy with a penis length 11.5 and girth 8. I tried using extra large condom one time, but the tip of my penis couldn’t get in, HELP!

ElKapitan February 1, 2013 at 9:37 am

Shahriar – who cares about getting it in the condom if you probably can’t even get it in the woman?! If you’re really that lucky, then there ARE companies who do spray-on condoms (not very good solution as you have to stay hard for ages without touching it) but better yet – custom-fit condoms. Expensive, but less-so than HIV and a funeral, or kids, for that matter!

penis guy February 2, 2013 at 6:23 am

Rob February 8, 2013 at 4:50 am

Hey, I was wondering which condom I should try, since I’m new to the whole sex game. I’m 6in (give or take a few mm), 1.5 inches wide, and 4.25in around.

Pete February 16, 2013 at 3:50 pm

Dutts February 17, 2014 at 8:29 am

Mewalo March 4, 2013 at 4:44 am

Hey, I am sixteen and don’t neccisarily plan on having sex soon, but it is a realistic possibility. I have always had a smaller penis: 4 and a half to 5 inches long, and 4 and a half inches in girth. Would lifestyles snugger fit condoms be a good choice for me? If so, what store can I find them at, I have looked before, but I can’t seem to find them. Thanks

Pete April 14, 2013 at 1:25 pm

yes, lifestyles snugger fit should be good. I always shop condoms online, not sure which store keep this one…

Nick March 19, 2013 at 11:44 am

Im 5.5 inches long with girth about the size of a nickel, what should I buy?

Al March 24, 2013 at 5:59 am

Hi, I’m 19 years old and my length is at least 6 1/2 inches – 7 inches, but I’d go with 6 1/2 to be safe. My girth as far as I know is above 5 inches, but less than 6in and I believe less than 5 1/2. Which condums would you suggest?

J March 29, 2013 at 10:44 am

Any suggestions? 7.2 length, 2in width, 5.7in girth (UK based)

Pete April 14, 2013 at 1:29 pm

Length is about 6
And girth is around 4.6 to 4.9
What is a good recommendation?

Gll August 2, 2013 at 1:49 am

I need a suggestion. Im not sure if snugger fit or iron grip would be better or even something else. i have a 4 inch girth and 6 inch length. ive never bought condoms before so just wondering

Pete August 26, 2013 at 7:38 pm

the iron grip is a bit shorter, but they have the same width. there are even smaller condoms available, but not in the US…

jarred August 6, 2013 at 6:11 am

Alex August 8, 2013 at 5:09 pm

Hi, I’m struggling to work out which condom would be suitable for me; my length is 6.o”, width is 2.13″ and circumference is 6.1″. Anyone got any suggestions?

Can someone also explain what nominal width is all about?

hrd4mud August 17, 2013 at 9:32 pm

Need Help September 6, 2013 at 5:45 am

What about 7 in lengh and about 5 in girth? Thanks for your help 😊

Pete September 7, 2013 at 3:18 pm

a regular sized condom (53mm width) should fit you perfectly. check some options above to match the length as well

alia September 10, 2013 at 11:21 am

whenever i and my boyfriend have sex with condom, he feels quite strong erection and cums. Can you please help me to find solutions ?

Pete September 10, 2013 at 1:57 pm

hi Alia. well, he can start with tips from this report

PR September 16, 2013 at 2:21 am

I’m having trouble finding a good condom. I’m a bit short, only slightly over 5in at my hardest. However my girth at the base is a bit over 6-6.2in, but at midshaft it gets to about 5 -5.5 and at the head it’s only about 4.5in.

I have tried Durex XXL and Magnum (normal, not XL) but both were far too tight at my base and killed my erection. From waht I’ve read here I think the best solution would be the Trustex Estra Large but I haven’t been able to find them here (Puerto Rico) and online shopping is not an option (parents will kill me). I can buy MagnumXL but I’m not sure if they would work.

Thanks for the help!

Pete September 16, 2013 at 5:41 pm

hi, I don’t know what brands do you have in Puerto Rico… If you can’t find anything (like Trustex you mentioned) from this chart, look at this one for more suggestions. Magnum xl is not much wider at the base, but that might be your only other choice so it’s worth to try

Henry September 27, 2013 at 11:03 pm

hi im unsure which condom is best to get as my head is not larger than the middle so i dont think a flared condom would be best (most seem to be flared)??? my girth is 5.5″ and my length is 7″, plz can you help :P

Pete September 28, 2013 at 8:44 pm

well Playboy large condom, and Trustex extra large (both in the chart) have a straight shape, if that’s your cup of tea… ;)

David October 8, 2013 at 9:02 am

MY penis is 7.0 inches long yet all of these condoms are over 7 inches, even the small one which is exactly 7 inches is going to be too big for me.

Regular condoms (that you buy from the shop) always seem to break for me so now I’m confused.

Lucas October 20, 2013 at 6:52 pm

Im 14 my penis is about 5in and width is about 1.5-2in what should i use?

Mo November 8, 2013 at 7:19 am

Hello. When fully erect my penis is approximately 9.5 inches long and approx 6.5 inches in circumference midway down the shaft (honestly, I’m not trying to be cute). I’ve tried many different condoms over the years and currently use Trojan Magnum XL, but have found even these to be too small. The length works ok, but the width is too tight and constricting often causing me to lose my erection midway though intercourse and seriously dampening my sex life. I refuse to have unprotected sex considering the world we live in today, especially considering the fact I often cause my partners to bleed, at less to some extent. I have not been able to locate any latex condoms wider than Trojan XL, but have recently become interested in the possibility of trying non-latex brands such as Lifestyles Skyn Large. Possibly the polyisoprene they are composed of is more stretchable and less constricting than latex? If anyone has experience with non-latex brands or can direct me towards a larger latex band….All help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Pete November 9, 2013 at 11:54 am

Hi Mo,
the maximum condom width in the US is 58 mm at this moment.
We’ve wrote about some ways to go around this (ordering condoms overseas).
But, if you could find some more patience, we’ll have an exclusive update regarding new condom sizes really soon!

im 17 with 18.5cm long with 16-16.5cm girth
how i work it out?

joe November 20, 2013 at 6:45 pm

the girth of my head is only 14-15cm
but all condoms that are flared are the opposite shape

tod November 21, 2013 at 8:47 am

hi! I’m trying out condoms for the first time. My length is 8.1 in, girth is 6 in, and width is 2 in. It also slightly curves downward and has a pretty large head (about a quarterer in larger in width).

Jessica November 23, 2013 at 9:01 am

I feal so shy asking questions cus i get this fealing this is a guy only zone but i want to suprise my boyfriend with a condom to do it for the first time to gether but the only mesurments i know are 6 inches soft 8-9inches hard and i don’t know how to find one that fit with out the with and i think if i asked he find out cus im a horable lier any ideas how to find the right comdom for him or how to ask for the with?:#)

Pete November 23, 2013 at 6:40 pm

well, you can make a foreplay out of it. give him a few compliments while you play with it, have a measurement tape nearby (accidentally, of course :) ), tell him how it would be great if you could measure it, how that would make you really into it etc…
I really doubt he would mind..
good luck and let us know how it goes :)

Jeremy November 24, 2013 at 6:47 pm

Hey I need help. I’m 8 inches long and 5.5 girth. But my girth gets smaller at the head. It goes from 2″ wide to 1.5″

Pete November 29, 2013 at 4:04 pm

hi, check the trustex extra large condom in the size chart above. it has a straight shape (I guess you don’t want the tapered one…)

Jeremy November 30, 2013 at 3:32 am

Well I’m guessing that they don’t have one that tapers in?

joe November 25, 2013 at 8:08 am

right heres the deal
im 17 about to have sex for the first time
i bought a box of ansell regular meant to be 54mm
i tried it on to see if it fitted but it was far to tight around the base

so my measurements are
length 18.5cm
girth 16-16.5cm
head girth is 14cm
width 6cm at base

how big should i go and would a straight fit suit me better?

Pete November 29, 2013 at 4:02 pm

well for that girth you’d need a 64+ mm condom.
you’re from Australia?

joe December 20, 2013 at 9:28 pm

yes i’m from Australia
at the moment i have some 60mm four seasons larger
they are not to bad for tightness but they may be slightly too short
(when unrolled finish about 20mm from the base)

they are the biggest i can find so ill persist to find larger again but they are a good fail safe

borna November 29, 2013 at 6:11 am

I suggest making a kind of condom that adds to the thickness of one’s penis.I think it should be made in different thicknesses for different tastes .

Jeff December 1, 2013 at 5:24 am

So I’m only 16 and I just started using condoms. I new magnums and all the “XXL” stuff wasnt for me because I’ve never thought of my penis as “large”. I bought durex performax and they DID NOT work for me and my gf. It was very hard to get on and it was very tight. I couldn’t even pull it over my intire penis. My gf asked e to measure and my penis is a little over 7.5″ long and about 6″ around. Does anyone have some recomendations?

french December 16, 2013 at 8:53 pm

I need some help I’m 14 and I almost came in my girlfriend the other night and I’m scared to have a kid and to young so I’m 43.5 in circumference and 6.3 in longe can someone help me

french December 16, 2013 at 9:04 pm

Sorry I’m 43.2 circumference and 6.3 in length

Pete December 17, 2013 at 6:05 pm

it’s impossible that your circumference is 43.5, do you mean 4.35 inches?

Carson December 18, 2013 at 11:55 pm

7-7.25 in length and about 6 in gurth any suggestions? My gf isn’t on birth control so preferably stronger?

Todd December 30, 2013 at 12:26 pm

Could you help me find a snugger fitting condom (equal to or less than 49mm) that is extra strong? I don’t know if any exists. I don’t mind ordering from any part of the world. Thanks

Sean January 1, 2014 at 8:35 pm

hello I am having a problem figuring out what condom to get.

First off I am about 6 inches to about 6.5 inches girth is I believe from guessing 5.5 I tried the lifestyles sheer pleasure but i can’t get it to go all the way down it is on me somewhat tight it wont fall off. I did like the Kimono maxx one that was an alright fit. I kind of seem to have a big head a little bit. Would the Trojan magnum and the Kimono maxx be good ones then possibly?

Pete January 10, 2014 at 6:31 pm

well stick with what fits. judging by the width (5.5) a width of 2.28 in (58 mm) would be a good choice.

Patch January 9, 2014 at 7:40 pm

I just bought a box of Durex Extra Sensitive, expires in 2018, and the nominal width printed on the box is 56mm, not the 52mm shown in the chart.

Pete January 10, 2014 at 6:19 pm

Hi man, thank you for the comment. I might update that sizing above. Can I ask where did you bought that box? Manufacturers usually offer slightly different versions depending on the market…

George January 14, 2014 at 1:13 pm

Between 5.5-6 length, about 4.5-4.7 girth. Regular sizes fit well at the base but seemed to slip a bit at the head. Any recommendation?

Pete February 3, 2014 at 7:19 pm

yeah, you’re a good candidate for a regular size. loose head can happen if the length is longer than needed. you can try some of those smaller condoms from the chart if that bothers you.

mike January 19, 2014 at 2:28 pm

Hi what size would b best for me ….im 6″ lenght and 5.5″ girth thanks.

Pete February 3, 2014 at 7:14 pm

slightly larger condom than regular. a lot of people asked for the 5.5″ girth, check above :)

Norm January 21, 2014 at 6:37 am

I have an erect length of 6.5in, but my penis is more elliptical shaped than circular, so I have a girth of 6in and a width of 2.25in. What condom should I use?

jake January 29, 2014 at 1:00 am

I know u guys will be ashamed but im 13 and i have a small penis my length is around 4.5 n girth is 3.5 me and my girlfriend were planning on using a condom but i have no idea which one to use

Pete February 3, 2014 at 7:12 pm

well, you need a small sized condom, for sure! 45mm width and less. these are hard to find. where are you from?
I would, however, suggest that you hold on with the action for a couple of years, if you can.
or, if that’s not an option, find the smallest size that’s available in your store/pharmacy (don’t know if buying online is an option) and be careful

Dutts February 17, 2014 at 9:09 am

Nothing to be ashamed of. You’re honest so you deserve a honest answer. I’m no expert but would recommend the “Iron Grip.” Although it’s size is 49 mm, they’re always snug enough for even small guys.

If that’s not sufficient, try googling “snug condoms”, or “small fitting condoms”. Men of the Orient are smaller and have a broad range of snugger condoms to choose from that could easily be shipped.

Julio February 3, 2014 at 3:36 am

I have a 6.5in penis (pressing into the fat at the base) and am 5.5in in girth. What kind of condoms should I use. My girlfriend has a latex allergy.

Pete February 3, 2014 at 7:07 pm

well, if she has latex allergy than your non-latex options are :
1. Lifestyles Skyn Large (made of polyisoprene) – available here
2. Trojan NaturaLamb – made of sheepskin – these won’t protect you against STD’s, however!
available here

CCW20 February 3, 2014 at 6:01 pm

Length 7″
Girth 5.81″
What size condom should I use?
Thanks in advance

Bryce February 8, 2014 at 5:16 am

I have a 6 in penis with a 5in girth what condom should I use? I’ve tried Trojan enz but that slipped and folded too much. Does it have anything to do with the fact that I’m uncircumcised? If someone can get back to me quick and help me out that’d be great.

Eddie February 9, 2014 at 9:51 pm

Hi, can someone please help? I have a length of 7.2″ and a girth of 5.8″ what size condom should I use? I’m going to my girl’s house this weekend so I’m kinda rushing lol thanks!

Pete February 12, 2014 at 9:39 pm

I hope you’ve used some of the largest from the chart :)

Dwayne McFarlane February 10, 2014 at 1:05 pm

Can you add Durex Avanti to this list? I’ve read they are slightly bigger than average but don’t stretch so I would assume they are similar size to the Trojan Supra.

Pete February 12, 2014 at 9:35 pm

yeah, I will add them. there are two versions of the Durex Avanti – latex and polyisoprene version.
both are regular condoms (in size), polyisoprene version might be a bit wider but, as you say, they don’t strech as much, so you can’t compare them to latex condoms of the same width

Dutts February 17, 2014 at 9:02 am

When erect I’m average at about 6″ (or a little under) with the head and shaft right at 1 3/4″.
I was thinking about getting the “Iron Grip” snugger condoms. Does anyone else have a penis my size when erect, and have used this brand? (It’s near the top with the smaller ones)

I don’t want any sperm leaking getting my girlfriend pregnant.

Pete February 17, 2014 at 10:19 pm

6″ is your length? do you know your girth/circumference? iron grip is suggested for those with circumference from 4.1″ – 4.5″…

Tom February 18, 2014 at 9:03 pm

I’m 16 going on 17, I’m 8.5 in length and about 6.1 in girth (circumference). Now the problem is that I don’t want anything too loose so I’ve tried normal trojan magnums and it nearly cut my dick off, I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life. Any recommendations on what to buy and where to buy it?

Pete February 19, 2014 at 9:33 pm

you’re from UK? then 64mm condom (width) from here or Theyfit

Tom February 19, 2014 at 10:13 pm

Thanks, this helped a lot

Joshua February 20, 2014 at 2:35 am

I have a longer penis about 7″ and the girth is about 5″ what should i get?

Pete February 23, 2014 at 10:03 pm

you can go with a regular condom (53 or 54mm condom width)

oscar March 4, 2014 at 6:10 am

hey guys, im 16 and my first time is coming up pretty soon and I need some help in choosing the right condom for me. I wanted to get trojan pure extacy but i dont know if it will fit. im 7 inches in length and 5 inches in girth. All suggestions welcomed! thanks!

Pete March 5, 2014 at 12:27 pm

hm, that’s completely the same question as the last comment.
I don’t have the exact size of Trojan Pure ecstasy, but they say it’s a regular sized condom so it should fit you fine

Rocky March 19, 2014 at 5:10 pm

I am 28 years old. my penis lenth is 5.5 inch and girth 5. I am from india. Can you suggest the right condom size for me

Luis March 21, 2014 at 7:25 pm

Hi I’m 17, me and my girlfriend decided to have sex for the first time but i don’t know what condom is best for my size. Im 6.1 inches length, 4.25 inches girth. Need help ASAP please

Pete March 24, 2014 at 8:26 pm

hi, I would recommend a 49 mm condom width. check out the Snugger fit condoms section in the size chart at the top of the page

dutts March 26, 2014 at 7:55 pm

I ejaculate a very large amount off semen and don’t want to bring any kids into the world unplanned. Are there condoms with a bigger reservoir tip?

Pete April 1, 2014 at 11:48 am

hm, not that I’m aware of. but there are condoms with bigger headroom (with reservoir tip) or with a flared shape like Magnum…

Bob March 27, 2014 at 7:46 pm

I am new to this and being new I have one really stupid question. I am 170 mm long and girth is 140 mm.
It says in your chart that the smallest size is 178 mm. Does that mean I will have 8 mm “hanging”, or is 178 mm the maximum stretch of that condom? I hope I am clear – is 178 mm of LifeStyles Snugger Fit maximum stretch or…?

Pete April 1, 2014 at 11:52 am

that’s the length of a condom when it completely unrolled. so a 178 mm condom length is perfectly acceptable for you.
however, don’t pick those small condoms. your circumference is above average and snugger fit condoms would be too tight. you actually need a bigger condom with a 58 mm condom width

Matthew March 28, 2014 at 3:58 am

Hi, I’m about 8″ x 6.2/3″ what would you recommend? Previously I have been using completely the wrong size and was far to small at base (Durex Extra Safe). A tapered option would be best as the girth is widest part and gets narrower at top. Any advice would be appreciated.

Pete April 1, 2014 at 11:56 am

Durex extra safe is way to small for you. you need a 64mm+ condom width. you can get those in EU. check out custom fit condoms

Nate April 4, 2014 at 10:19 pm

Help me out. My girth is 149 mm and my wife won’t let me use latex condoms. It seems like everything I try is too tight. What do you suggest?

Pete April 12, 2014 at 3:53 pm

maybe Trojan Naturalamb, they are made out of lambskin and are wider than latex condoms (that’s the latest condom in the chart above)

James Johnson April 8, 2014 at 2:06 am

Hi, I’m 6 inches, right below the head of my penis i am roughly 4.3 inches girth, and middle shaft I am 4.5, and base I am about 4.7.

Which condom would be good for me?

Pete April 12, 2014 at 3:48 pm

a condom with a 1.96 – 2.05 in (50 – 51mm) width should fit you well. there are a few such condoms in the size chart

Dan April 10, 2014 at 2:42 pm

6.8 in length and in girth 5.8 in i need to know what condom to buy!! Please if anybody has an answer

Pete April 21, 2014 at 12:14 pm

well, if you’re from the US pick the biggest that you can find (check out the suggestions at the bottom of the chart). a 2.37″ (60mm) condom width would be best, but that’s only an option if you can order from abroad (EU)

Sawyer April 13, 2014 at 9:48 pm

6 3/4″ length 6″circumference…looking for a thin durable lubricated condom…suggestions?

Bob April 25, 2014 at 4:01 am

Up top is basically the same check it out

yolonda April 15, 2014 at 7:35 pm

very good information

Snow Leopard April 21, 2014 at 4:45 am

Hi. My boyfriend and I have a somewhat weird issue. His penis is ~51 mm wide along his shaft and about 53 mm at the head – I say that because my jaw stretches to about 55 mm (I have a 55 mm ball gag and it feels like the ~max of my jaw’s stretch) and he doesn’t Quite stretch it to that max but daaaarn close. And he’s around 6 inch in length.

The real issue is at his base, up to about 2 inches along his shaft. He has a very large vein along the upside of his shaft and it happens to bulge outward a good 1.5-2 mms from the rest of his shaft, so he has a section around 10 mm wide that is thicker than everywhere else for about 2 inches.

I’ve been buying trojan ultra thin regulars but they are just too tight, and cut his circulation. When he’s rolled them off, there is a deep indent at his base from the rolled-excess (from being too long) at the end of the condom. I don’t know what to get him, but I want sex to be comfortable for him! He hardly ever ejaculates during sex and doesn’t enjoy it as much as he should…and the reduced blood flow increases his stamina to the point it isn’t fun or funny – it becomes painful for us both. :(

Any help would be seriously appreciated!!

Pete April 21, 2014 at 12:06 pm

Hi. you didn’t mention the circumference…anyhow, Trojan Ultra Thin is obviously too snug. at least pick the Magnum or Magnum XL. also check the suggestions in the comments above.

Onehunglow April 28, 2014 at 4:12 pm

These comments are hilarious! It seems everyone believes they have these enormous penises. Sorry guys most of u have around 5.5 inches in length and that’s perfectly fine;) be satisfied with that!! I am 8.4 inches in length and 5.9 in girth and trust me, it is hard to accommodate. I always have to be patient and work it in, no fast hard quickies for me;( so just be happy with what you have and please stop lying to yourselves. Get the regular fit condoms

jose May 1, 2014 at 12:24 pm

I’m 7 inches long & almost 6 in girth which condom is for me

Conna May 11, 2014 at 12:24 am

thx chart helped big time. i found out that the 58mm (width) are much better than the old ones i used. i guess 2mm more would be better but, these ones should do the trick for now. :)

Pete May 11, 2014 at 12:19 pm

glad to hear that! thanks for the comment! :)

Bob May 18, 2014 at 4:29 am

Ok I’m 6 1/2 in length and 51/2 girth what size should I use help

Pete May 18, 2014 at 1:15 pm

I’d suggest a condom with a 57mm or 58mm width. a lot of people asked suggestions for the same girth. you’ll find a few options in the large sizes section

Dav May 19, 2014 at 3:38 pm

Should I use the larger condoms? I have a 5.5 girth but my length is 6. So normal condoms are too tight but I don’t think my length is big enough for the larger condoms, what should I use?

Pete May 19, 2014 at 6:29 pm

yes, use larger condom, just as I suggested above. Girth is the most important factor when choosing a proper condom

Dex May 24, 2014 at 6:36 pm

Never used a condom before and I have no idea what will fit. I’m 7.5in long and 5.2in girth. Will a durex extra sensitive condom fit well or no? This whole nominal width confuses me.

Pete May 27, 2014 at 12:15 pm

Durex extra sensitive might be a bit too snug. I suggest that you pick Durex and also pick another brand with a 55 or 56mm width (look in the chart). try them both and stick with the one that feels better

chris May 30, 2014 at 2:56 pm

Hey i have tryed to use the durex xxl and they dont fit. Any suggestions on whati should do?

cass June 7, 2014 at 3:10 am

My boyfriend is 7 inches long and 5.4 in girth, what size/brand of condom should we use?

Pete June 14, 2014 at 6:34 pm

check out the larger condoms section in the size chart. he needs a condom with the width somewhere around 55 to 58 mm. some condoms that you could try are condom magnum xl, durex xl, trustex xl, one the legend

Carolton June 14, 2014 at 4:44 pm

I have an issue. 6-6.25 in length, average 5.5-5.8 in girth, 6 in girth at the base. I see suggestions to use larger sized condoms for my girth, but trojan magnums and many large condoms are TOO LONG. I see that “girth matters more in determining size” but this extra length makes the condom feel baggy (even if the ring fits snug).

Any other suggestions for 6.25 in length and 5.5 girth near head, almost 6in of girth at base? thanks :) !

Pete June 14, 2014 at 6:35 pm

if that is an issue for you I’d highly recommend that you try custom fit condoms

Carlton June 14, 2014 at 8:07 pm

Thank you very much for the quick reply Pete. Do these custom fits deliver to the US?

Also – If you HAD to pick a recommendation from the list above what would you suggest? I am open to try anything. Being thicker at the base is annoying!

Again, your help and assistance is much appreciated :)

Pete June 15, 2014 at 10:34 pm

hey, they deliver to US, but not directly. you have to use a mail forwarder. I wrote about it in this post.
If I would have to pick something from the list above…maybe Trustex extra large (wider and longer than regular) or Lifestyles Kyng (little bit wider, regular length)…two more suggestions:
– pick a large condoms variety pack and try them all
– try female condoms

Dex June 21, 2014 at 10:43 pm

If the condom begins to wrinkle a bit, but not slide off, is it a good size? 54mm is too tight and I couldn’t find a 55mm, so i chose a 56mm (lifestyles skyn large). I’m 7.5 length and 5.2 girth.

Pete July 1, 2014 at 9:39 am

hey, I assume it’s a bit longer than needed, that usually happens. shouldn’t worry you that much…but if you still find it irritating, then try custom fit

Asia June 24, 2014 at 1:35 pm

Can I know the size and diameter of these condoms found in Asian continent:
Thank u…

Alan July 3, 2014 at 11:06 pm

Is there a site or a link where, I can get costume made condoms?

Carlos July 4, 2014 at 7:28 am

I’m a 7.5 length and a 6 inch width but I’m not sure what that is in millimeters so I don’t know what I need. Please help. I’ll use whatever you recommend. Thanks.

Pete July 8, 2014 at 3:02 pm

at 6 inch circumference you need at least 58mm width condom. from those on the list durex xxl and trustex extra large are the closest to that number. also trojan lambskin but it wont protect you against STDs. the best option is to get a custom fit condom from UK

Anon July 6, 2014 at 10:47 pm

Hey im about 7 in long and 5.3 in girth. Any suggestions for condoms?

Pete July 22, 2014 at 11:35 am

My guess is that a 56mm condom width would fit you fine. there are plenty of choices in this size, check the size chart above

Jack July 9, 2014 at 6:47 am

I’m 7in length and 5.75in girth. I need some help, I tried Trojan ENZ condoms and they were really tight. I then tried and still are Trojan Magnums. They still seem kind of tight and seem to leave ring marks and stop blood flow. Should I try the next size up in width? Maybe Trojan Magnum xxl? Thanks!

Pete July 9, 2014 at 2:14 pm

hey Jack, I’ve answered your comment here

Zed July 22, 2014 at 5:11 am

Hello, I’m about 5-6 inches and around 1.7-2.3. Got any suggestions on what to get? Thanks.

Pete July 22, 2014 at 11:32 am

what’s your circumference? btw, you can read here how to measure it, if you’re not sure

ricky July 25, 2014 at 11:17 am

Wondering on what size yiu would recommend: length is about 6.1-6.3 and girth is abour 5 inches

Pete July 26, 2014 at 7:02 pm

that’s average circumference. Pick something from the “Regular size condoms” section

Comfy July 26, 2014 at 8:28 pm

Hi, I am 5.3-5″ long and 4.3-4.4″ girth. Which condom size should I choose? Those US brands are not readily available where I stay. Any suggestions on Durex and Kamasutra brands?

Pete July 30, 2014 at 3:14 pm

hey, check out the UK charts page. Start with a 47 or 49mm width (eg. Durex Close Fit)

jeeps July 29, 2014 at 1:29 am

Hello, im new to buying condoms…. i am 5 inches long and 4.75 in girth. I would like to know what condoms would be a perfect fit! I already have 1 single trojan enz and 1 single trojan ultra ribbed. Id also like to know if theyd be the perfect one because i know my local store carries both. Help appreciated!

Pete July 30, 2014 at 3:15 pm

yeah, those are average numbers and a regular size condom should be a good choice for you. so either of those Trojan condoms should do it

John July 31, 2014 at 12:23 am

Hey I’ve bought a large condom trail pack, with 18 different large condoms. My Base at the very bottom is 6″, then roughly 1cm up is 5.5″ then the shaft is 5″, and the tip is about 4.5″. I thought it was 8.1″ but measured it correctly recently and it is 7.5″/7.75″. I’ve tried Magnum XL’s and they’ve felt great. Bit of headroom but that’s okay, isn’t it? I wanted to ask is the base for the XL’s 54mm or 58mm, because there’s been a lot of good websites saying they’re one or the other. I’ve also tried MySize condoms. I’ve tried 60mm, 64mm, and 69mm ones. the 69mm one was far too big. the 64mm one was grand, it was a loose fit but it didn’t come off when i was w**king with it on to test it out. It was comfortable but it wasn’t tight.. the 60mm ones was smoothly wrapped on. I was thinking tho, could I get away with the 64mm? It stayed about 1-1.5cm from my base (thickest part) with those ones which i was concerned about, but it never came off.. what do you think? I would really appriciate the advice.

Pete August 18, 2014 at 8:01 pm

well, if your base is 6 inches then a 64mm width should be a good choice, according to the formula that we use.
if it feels right for you then go for it

John July 31, 2014 at 12:26 am

look at the difference between the measurement they write for the XL’s base width in the text, and then again in the picture.. it’s confusing.

Josh August 9, 2014 at 6:42 am

I’ve had a hard time finding a condom that fits perfect. I have a somewhat average length penis but very thick. All the regular condoms are uncomfortable and squeeze too much. I tried trojan magnum and Durex Pleasuremax. They both fit comfortably and snug at the tip and but still too tight at the bottom. Tried Magnum XL and it fits nearly perfect however it’s not completely rolled down due to the long length of the condom. My penis is about 7.5 long. Thinking about trying trustex xl and vivid large anyone else have this problem where only XL condoms fit comfortably but are too long? lol

Pete August 18, 2014 at 8:08 pm

yes, this is pretty common. if it bothers you that you cannot roll out a condom all the way then try out a custom fit condom.
btw, vivid large has been discontinued, but trustex xl is still available

Adam August 16, 2014 at 3:00 pm

Hi I am 16 years old, and I have tried many different condoms but none seem to work. I know length isn’t really important but it is around 6.2 inches long give or take. My girth, however, is 142-146mm (keeps changing each time I measured it. Probably depends on sexual activity, arousal and blah blah) let’s just say the girth is 142mm since it can probably stretch into 146mm. What condom should I use? Thanks so much

have you tried any from the large size section? you have an above average girth, find a condom with at least 58mm width (minimum). I can point out a few suggestions if you can order from abroad…

Either im and idiot who cant read or your condom graph is confusing (my bets on me being incompetent or lazy) but I have a 6.5 inch long penis and a circumference of 5 inches so what would I fall under for condom size I should get?

a regular size should be fine (53mm condom width) ;)

Hey im 16 and I was wondering what size for 7.9inch length and 5.6-7 circumference I have no idea what to buy help?:)

60 mm condom width should best. durex xl, magnum xl and trustex xl are close to that (58 mm) so that’s an option if you can’t order online

Hi, my brother is very shy and his gf said he either needs to find a glove or he gets no love and he finally confided in me and trust me I was shocked but I’m lesbian so I honestly have no experience with condoms so I had no clue what to tell him but awkwardly we did his measurements and he is 13.5 in, length and he was 5.8 in girth. Obviously I was slightly freaked out cause his gf is extremely tiny woman but I promised I’d help him figure out what he needs to buy.

see above, or they can try a female condom

Having not had to wear a condom in the past 4 years I forgot how bad (fitting) they were. I remember using them in the past and having a few breakages, general lack of feel or red raw the next day and not being able to orgasm. Length is 7″, base circumference is 5.375″ and from about mid-shaft up is 5.5″ to the head. Would I be best going with a Magnum XL or Durex XXL? I know the length is a lot longer than I need but the width is right (58mm)? I’ve tried Trojan Bareskin, Kinono Thin (Special), and whatever generic ones you get for free at cliniques. They all kill my erection eventually and do not allow me to cum, makes for a really frustrating time! Please help!

After reading more comments here it looks like the Trojan Magnum might be a good place to start? Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

yep, Magnum is a good place to start. 56mm width might also be OK (little bit tighter), there are several options in the chart. finally, there’s a female condom and a custom fit condom (TheyFit)
