How To Use This Condom Size Calculator?
Before you start using this calculator, you need to know your penis circumference. In case you don’t know it, you can measure it with a piece of string and a ruler. Loop the string around your erect penis and mark down where the string connects, and then use a ruler to measure its length.
Once you have your number, select the approximate circumference from the penis circumference drop-down menu above the chart (e.g., if your circumference is 5 inches, you will select: 4.9″ – 5.1″). Condoms that should best suit your size will automatically be filtered and you can further filter them by condom material, width, or length.
In case you want to see what the next larger or smaller option would be, you can also select the next larger or smaller circumference from the drop-down menu.

How does it work?
A study which examined the effect of penis dimensions on the likelihood of condom breakage or slippage discovered that the ideal ratio between condom circumference and penis circumference should be from 80 to 90%.
In this calculator we provide several condom options, for each penis circumference, which abide this rule. Condom dimensions have been gathered from different online resources, as well as from our own measuring. Keep in mind that the condom width is not the same thing as condom circumference. Width is measured when the condom is flat and is around 1/2 of the condom circumference.
In some cases a female condom is also suggested as an option, when there is very narrow choice of male condoms or if the only other option is a custom fit condom (which we recommend that you try no matter what your size is).
Finally, while the suggested condoms should provide a good fit for you, we recommend that you pick a few options and test them in order to find the one that feels the best.
Can’t Find the Right Condom Length?
Some guys have complained that condoms which match their circumference are longer (mostly) or (in some cases) shorter than their penis. Does it matter?
My opinion is that the condom width is the most important factor, as a condom that is too snug or too loose can slip or break, which exposes you to the risk of unwanted pregnancy or catching an STD. Basically, a condom that matches your penis circumference but is shorter or longer will still do its job.
Would it be even better that the condom length also matches your penis length? Yes, sure, although it’s not crucial.
If you still want to get both the condom width and length to match your penis size, I’d encourage you to check these custom fit condoms (they are also listed in the condom size calculator tool above).

Hi I’m looking for a condom that has a wider base than head, my penis is about 5.5 at the head and goes to just over 6 inches at the base most condoms I’ve tried (mostly magnums) i can only comfortably get halfway up the shaft before it starts cutting off blood flow – what size/type condom would you suggest?

Hello, I am 6.5″ in length, 4.7″ in girth mid-shaft and 5.2″ at the base. In my last relationship I was using Skyns (regular) and they fit fine, for the most part – had one slip off once. They would leave a red mark at the base and did feel snug there, but did come off a bit each time farther up, as if they were more unravelled. Trojan-ENZ came off once, too, and anyway, I don’t like them cause they feel baggy at the tip. The calculator suggested Trojan ENZ and Okamotos, the Trojans I’m gonna pass on, Okamoto I’d be willing to go for, but was wondering your thoughts on if I should just go with what I know (the Skyns). I was gonna try Kimonos, since I’ve heard good things by people of mid-sizes too, but apparently they’re pretty small?
hi, Kimono condoms are not that small, just 1mm narrower than SKYN. they are listed on this page, you can filter the chart (enter ‘Kimono’ in the Search bar) and check. In your case I’d rather pick from the 4.9″ – 5.1″ range, than the 4.7″ – 4.9″
I measured again, my girth mid-shaft is actually 4.5″, then a bit further down it’s 4.8″. At the base it is 5.1″ though.

generally I recommend to pick according to the thickest part. but you can also use the number in-between (5.4″ in your case) as the reference. regarding flare vs straight shape, it’s a matter of preference.

Hey Pete! My name is Pete-r and im a bit confused. So, i measured my girth to be 15cm (5.9in) And divide that by 3.14 to find the width and you get 47mm (1.85in). The calculator suggests that i use 60mm condoms, but you say that the penis should be 80-90% of the condom size. That is 48 – 54mm. So im just confused because a 56mm condom would fit better based on what you said. So yea im just super confused please help me!!

Hi bakerboi here i have sex a lot (at least once a year) i have an average length (on the bigger side tbh hehe) 2.5 inches (2.7 on a good day) and and a girth of 1inch are there even any on the market big enough for me? I’ve just been using a garbage bag.

I can’t be only guy trying to find bigger condom. 12.5 long, 7 diameter. Magnums way to small. I think it’s fairly normal for older men to need larger condoms.
I buy condoms for my son. He’s only young and don’t want him lumbered with a child and having the same problem. I got him durex XXL which are 9.5 inches long but he says it feels uncomfortable because they only reach about 2/3 of the way down his shaft. If you find anything longer can you post info please
