Regular condoms will best suit you if your girth is between 4.7″–5.1″ (119-130mm). Guys with girth bigger than 5.1″ (130mm) should use a larger condom. Isn’t just any kind of condom good enough?

Custom Fit Condoms
Can’t find the condom size you’re looking for? Well, in the US, condom size is regulated by the FDA. ONE® Condoms is excited to introduce 60 perfect-fit condom sizes to the United States in the Fall of 2017.
These include sizes larger and smaller than anything currently available on the U.S. market, marking a historic shift in the range of condoms that are cleared by the FDA for sale.
In Europe, however, there are no such regulations so men can choose between a much broader range of condom sizes. A condom brand from the UK called TheyFit recognized the need for better-fitting condoms and came up with a revolutionary concept – custom fit condoms in 66 different sizes!

I’m 7 inches long & almost 6 in girth which condom is for me
These comments are hilarious! It seems everyone believes they have these enormous penises. Sorry guys most of u have around 5.5 inches in length and that’s perfectly fine;) be satisfied with that!! I am 8.4 inches in length and 5.9 in girth and trust me, it is hard to accommodate. I always have to be patient and work it in, no fast hard quickies for me;( so just be happy with what you have and please stop lying to yourselves. Get the regular fit condoms
Hi. My boyfriend and I have a somewhat weird issue. His penis is ~51 mm wide along his shaft and about 53 mm at the head – I say that because my jaw stretches to about 55 mm (I have a 55 mm ball gag and it feels like the ~max of my jaw’s stretch) and he doesn’t Quite stretch it to that max but daaaarn close. And he’s around 6 inch in length.
The real issue is at his base, up to about 2 inches along his shaft. He has a very large vein along the upside of his shaft and it happens to bulge outward a good 1.5-2 mms from the rest of his shaft, so he has a section around 10 mm wide that is thicker than everywhere else for about 2 inches.
I’ve been buying trojan ultra thin regulars but they are just too tight, and cut his circulation. When he’s rolled them off, there is a deep indent at his base from the rolled-excess (from being too long) at the end of the condom. I don’t know what to get him, but I want sex to be comfortable for him! He hardly ever ejaculates during sex and doesn’t enjoy it as much as he should…and the reduced blood flow increases his stamina to the point it isn’t fun or funny – it becomes painful for us both. :(

well, if you’re from the US pick the biggest that you can find (check out the suggestions at the bottom of the chart). a 2.37″ (60mm) condom width would be best, but that’s only an option if you can order from abroad (EU)

a condom with a 1.96 – 2.05 in (50 – 51mm) width should fit you well. there are a few such condoms in the size chart

Hi, I’m about 8″ x 6.2/3″ what would you recommend? Previously I have been using completely the wrong size and was far to small at base (Durex Extra Safe). A tapered option would be best as the girth is widest part and gets narrower at top. Any advice would be appreciated.
Durex extra safe is way to small for you. you need a 64mm+ condom width. you can get those in EU. check out custom fit condoms

I am new to this and being new I have one really stupid question. I am 170 mm long and girth is 140 mm.
It says in your chart that the smallest size is 178 mm. Does that mean I will have 8 mm “hanging”, or is 178 mm the maximum stretch of that condom? I hope I am clear – is 178 mm of LifeStyles Snugger Fit maximum stretch or…?
that’s the length of a condom when it completely unrolled. so a 178 mm condom length is perfectly acceptable for you.
however, don’t pick those small condoms. your circumference is above average and snugger fit condoms would be too tight. you actually need a bigger condom with a 58 mm condom width

Can you add Durex Avanti to this list? I’ve read they are slightly bigger than average but don’t stretch so I would assume they are similar size to the Trojan Supra.
yeah, I will add them. there are two versions of the Durex Avanti – latex and polyisoprene version.
both are regular condoms (in size), polyisoprene version might be a bit wider but, as you say, they don’t strech as much, so you can’t compare them to latex condoms of the same width

Nothing to be ashamed of. You’re honest so you deserve a honest answer. I’m no expert but would recommend the “Iron Grip.” Although it’s size is 49 mm, they’re always snug enough for even small guys.
If that’s not sufficient, try googling “snug condoms”, or “small fitting condoms”. Men of the Orient are smaller and have a broad range of snugger condoms to choose from that could easily be shipped.
